Job summary

Justworks is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA, based in London to lead end-to-end benefits operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You’ll own procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor management, and regulatory alignment, while shaping scalable programs for a growing international footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in international benefits across UK/EU markets
• Experience with multi-country benefits programs and renewals
• Track record launching benefits in new markets
• Deep knowledge of regulatory environments across EMEA

Responsibilities

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets including procurement, renewals, plan design, broker management, and employee support.
• Lead country launches with cross-functional partners to ensure benefits at launch.
• Build and manage broker and carrier relationships across EMEA to negotiate terms.
• Track enrollment, utilization, and cost data across markets and inform plan design decisions.
• Assume growing ownership of the benefits program operating cadence and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to align benefits with international strategy.
