Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Benefits Manager, EMEA, to lead design, strategy and delivery of multi-country benefits programs across health, retirement, leaves and family benefits. You will partner with leaders across HR, legal, finance, and external vendors to navigate regulatory nuances and align with Meta's people strategy.

Responsibilities include developing multi-year strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving cross-country program effectiveness with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in benefits program design, management, or consulting with a focus on EMEA markets.
• Experience managing multi-country benefits programs across diverse employment law environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional benefits projects from strategy through implementation, including vendor negotiations and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience advising senior leaders on cost-benefit tradeoffs and compliance risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries.
• Develop multi-year benefits strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with local requirements across EMEA jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global benefits teams to evolve regional and international strategies.
