NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefits Program Manager to join its Global Total Rewards team and lead EMEA benefits strategy and execution.

You will oversee a team of benefits SMEs and partner with regional leaders across EMEA, the U.S., and APAC to deliver competitive, compliant programs in a fast-paced, global environment. The role focuses on governance, renewals, cost analysis, and cross-country implementation, with a strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and stakeholder

Competenze

• 5+ years in benefits strategy and administration across multiple European countries.
• 3+ years of people management in global or matrixed environments.
• Strong EMEA benefits expertise: plan design, renewals, benchmarking, compliance.
• Proven ability to scale benefits programs with business growth and efficiency.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Proven project management across multi-country initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with mergers, acquisitions, or new entity launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive level.

Mansioni

• Lead EMEA benefits strategy, governance, and execution across 24 countries.
• Develop and mentor a team of benefits SMEs and partner with regional leads, HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, and senior leaders to deliver consistent solutions.
• Own annual EMEA renewals, financial planning, forecasting, vendor governance, broker relationships, contracting, and multi-country implementation.
• Use market insights, program metrics, benchmarking, employee needs, and cost analysis to recommend enhancements to benefits, pension, leave, and wellbeing.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, data governance, vendor administration, and scalable service delivery models.
• Lead cross-functional projects including new entity or country launches, workforce expansions, M&A/divestiture initiatives, and regional communications or benefits education.
• Support other global benefits programs and initiatives as needed.
