Job summary

Nextech Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role involves providing technical support to customers, retailers and internal teams, and collaborating with Service, Customer Service and Product teams to resolve issues.

You will troubleshoot product queries, manage parts orders and contribute to improving product knowledge and service processes. A proactive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or technical support environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in electronics, AV or smart home tech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone, email and on site.
• Assist customers and retailers with product queries and troubleshooting.
• Support internal teams with technical questions and product information.
• Help manage spare parts database and orders.
• Test and learn about new products and updates.
• Assist with service administration and documentation.
