We’re looking for a talented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our fast‑paced production team in Farnborough. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble complex electro‑mechanical subassemblies and finished units
• Perform soldering (leaded and lead‑free), wiring, crimping, and cable routing
• Fit and build mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Inspect and test assemblies using electrical and mechanical test equipment
• Follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions
• Handle ESD‑sensitive devices and maintain safety standards

We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in electro‑mechanical assembly
• Strong hand‑soldering skills (IPC‑A‑610 or J‑STD‑001 certification is a bonus!)
• Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and wiring schematics
• Skilled in wiring, crimping, cable prep, and mechanical build
• Quality‑focused with excellent attention to detail
