A community-focused organisation in Chelmsford is looking for an Electrician to perform electrical maintenance tasks on various properties. Responsibilities include inspecting, testing, and ensuring all works comply with safety regulations. Ideal candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 and relevant certifications, along with a good understanding of health and safety legislation. This role involves occasional teamwork, but also requires initiative and independence. We’re looking for an Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance on tenanted and void properties. Forming part of a team of repair operatives, this role will be lone working with occasional team work as and when required, therefore using your own initiative is essential. A company van and tools will be provided for business use to enable you to provide a high‑quality service to customers.
