Siemens is seeking a Technical Support Representative for its Electrium team based at Hindley Green. This hybrid role lets you split time between the Hindley Green office and remote work, ideal for someone with an electrical engineering, manufacturing or industrial background who enjoys solving technical problems and helping customers identify the right electrical solutions.

You'll provide technical product support, respond to enquiries, and prepare quotations across our electrical product

Qualificações

• Knowledge of electrical products, systems and applications.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics or customer specifications.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers across electrical products.
• Respond to enquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
• Prepare and issue quotations using internal pricing tools.
• Record customer and project data within CRM systems.
• Support the identification and tracking of project opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver the best possible experience.
• Support wider team activities and training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence.
