Job summary

Siemens is recruiting for a Technical Support Representative for the Electrium line in a hybrid role based at Hindley Green. You will handle technical product support, respond to customer inquiries, and issue quotations while expanding knowledge of electrical products and applications.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, develop technical and commercial expertise, and participate in ongoing training to enhance product, application, and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical products, systems and applications.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings or specs.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support to customers across our electrical portfolio.
• Respond to enquiries by phone, email and other channels.
• Prepare and issue quotations using internal pricing tools.
• Record and manage customer and project data in CRM systems.
• Identify and track project opportunities with the team.
• Build strong customer relationships to deliver excellent service.
• Support team activities and contribute to service improvements.
• Participate in ongoing product and industry training.
