A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee projects across the Southern Water region. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience in electrical work, with a strong background in the water industry. Responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating projects from inception to completion. We are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Projects business stream on a full‑time permanent basis covering various sites throughout the Southern Water region of England. The overall purpose of this role is to supervise and lead site‑based staff throughout their day‑to‑day work to achieve completion of projects as set out by the customer. This role will support the Site Managers to drive service delivery which will be recognised by the client and ensure key performance targets and SLAs are maintained.
To be considered for this position you will have at least 2‑3 years previous experience within a similar level role ideally within an engineering or construction environment and have an excellent working knowledge of the water industry would be beneficial. Awareness of NEC3 Construction & Engineering Contracts as well as an electrical bias are also essential for the role. Travel to various sites throughout the country is required so a valid UK driving licence is essential for the position.
