Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers with electrical or electronic products.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and datasheets.
• Understanding of relays, control panels or automation is beneficial.
• Electrical qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by telephone and email with clear, accurate advice.
• Explain electrical product functions and specifications to customers.
• Read datasheets and diagrams to answer questions about components.
• Investigate product performance, gather information and resolve next steps.
• Coordinate with colleagues and overseas teams to resolve complex questions.
• Process customer orders accurately and manage order status.
