Job summary

A facilities management company in Belfast is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance electricians. This permanent role offers a salary of £45,000 with a pension contribution of up to 8% and generous holiday allowance. Qualifications

• Experience of managing M&E engineers and working on PPM schedules.
• Able to clear a security check/clearance.
• Experience of H&S requirements, permit issuing and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical engineers in the completion of PPM and reactive maintenance duties.
• Manage maintenance schedules and plan small works projects.
• Client liaison and compliance management.
