Overview

Are you a hands-on problem solver with the electrical know-how to keep production running at full speed?

We’re on the hunt for a Site Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and can tackle challenges head-on.

  • This role is 100% onsite with a rotating shift pattern:
  • 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm (Monday to Friday)
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical assets – from mould and power presses to pumps, conveyors, and other essential kit.
  • Providing smart engineering solutions when parts aren’t available – whether that’s retrofitting, reverse engineering, or modifying equipment.
  • Keeping everything safe and efficient, following best practice maintenance techniques and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Recording accurate maintenance and inspection logs.
  • Mentoring and supporting apprentices to help them level up their skills.
What We’re Looking For
  • Recognised UK electrical qualifications.
  • Strong experience with PLC-controlled plant and equipment.
  • Proven fault-finding and repair skills.
  • Background in a fast-paced production environment.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset – this is not a electrical installation role.
