Overview

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Farnborough - 45k + Package. This is a permanent, full-time position on a critical site in Farnborough. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the site's electrical systems, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Upgrade existing lighting systems to energy-efficient LED solutions
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults swiftly and effectively
• Conduct inspections, testing, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Carry out electrical repairs and small installation projects
• Ensure all works comply with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
• Accurately maintain service records and logs
• Work collaboratively with on-site management and other trades to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation is required (Recognised Equivalents will also be suitable)
• City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing qualification would be a bonus
• Proven experience in a critical environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• Solid understanding of electrical safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
