Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a related field.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and processes.
• Experience mentoring or guiding engineers is valued.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for cross-functional work.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers is beneficial.
• Strong 3D modelling and simulation skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant engineering standards is expected.
• Good time-management skills and a willingness to learn new techniques.
