Reevr is seeking a Technical Lead Project Engineer in Portsmouth to own the technical delivery of complex, highly regulated defence and aerospace projects from initial concept through testing and final delivery. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that requires a strong technical backbone and a track record of delivering safe, certifiable systems.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 3 years' defence or aerospace experience.
- Technical requirements and compliance experience.
- Mechanical and electrical design knowledge.
- Experience leading technical projects or work packages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical lifecycle from start to finish.
- Lead engineering projects and technical work packages.
- Set technical direction from the early stages.
- Manage requirements, compliance and technical risks.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Lead design reviews including PDR, DDR & CDR.
- Review technical deliverables and maintain quality.
- Support prototyping, testing and validation.
- Work with customers and suppliers.
- Deliver against cost, quality and deadlines.
