Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd in Portsmouth is seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership across a team of engineers and technicians while remaining hands-on with the design and development of new products.

You will mentor and develop engineers, manage workloads and technical requirements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' engineering experience.
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring or guiding engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the team.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians.
• Support design and development activities for new products.
• Manage workloads and ensure alignment with technical requirements.
• Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers and suppliers.
• Support testing and product qualification processes.
• Ensure engineering processes and quality standards are followed.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve complex technical challenges.
