Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a related field.

• Experience mentoring or guiding engineers is valued.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for cross-functional work.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers is beneficial.

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to take the next step into a technical leadership role?

We’re working with a specialist engineering organisation operating within the defence and advanced engineering sector, supporting the development of highly technical products and systems.

They’re looking for an Electrical Lead Engineer to join their engineering team and provide technical leadership across a team of engineers and technicians.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead a team ofengineers and technicians, providing technical direction, mentoring and support while remaining involved in the design and development of new products.

You’ll work closely with other engineering disciplines, project teams, customers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
