Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd in Portsmouth is seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership across a team of engineers and technicians while remaining hands-on with the design and development of new products.

You will mentor and develop engineers, manage workloads and technical requirements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' engineering experience.
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience mentoring or guiding engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the team.

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to take the next step into a technical leadership role?

We're working with a specialist engineering organisation operating within the defence and advanced engineering sector, supporting the development of highly technical products and systems.

They're looking for an Electrical Lead Engineer to join their engineering team and provide technical leadership across a team of engineers and technicians.

The OpportunityYou'll lead a team ofengineers and technicians, providing technical direction, mentoring and support while remaining involved in the design and development of new products.

You’ll work closely with other engineering disciplines, project teams, customers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
