Qualifications

  • Experience in fault finding.
  • Experience of maintaining electrical equipment (routine maintenance).
  • Basic understanding of 3 Phase and Single Phase pumps and motors.
  • Commercial and domestic boiler wiring understanding.
  • Experience in the Installation of containment (tray, basket, ladder and metal conduit).
  • BMS experience (preferred but not essential).

  • Collaborate with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and stakeholders.
  • Perform site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and compliance.

Primech Building Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for and implementing electrical systems for a variety of projects across commercial, and industrial sectors. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that all electrical projects are safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using appropriate design software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Perform site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and compliance.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in electrical engineering and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and design principles.
  • ECS Gold card holder is a must
  • Testing experience (2391 preferred but not essential)
  • Troubleshootingexperience
  • Experience of maintaining electrical equipment (routine maintenance)
  • Experience in fault finding
  • A basic understanding of 3 Phase and Single Phase pumps and motors
  • Commercial and domestic boiler wiring understanding
  • BMS experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in the Installation of containment (tray, basket, ladder and metal conduit)
  • Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams.
  • Full UK driver's license as site visits may be required.
