Colten Care is seeking a Customer Advisor for Canford Chase in Poole. You will nurture quality leads into sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact to move‑in.

Working with the Home Manager and team, you’ll provide a warm welcome, handle enquiries by phone or in person, and support families with empathy and clear administration. Role involves travel in the community during the week and requires a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Literate and numerate; proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Full driving licence and access to own car.
