Job summary

Colten Care in England is seeking a Senior Administrator to lead the administration team within our care home and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You'll greet visitors, manage viewings, answer calls and emails, and handle a range of financial and recruitment administration tasks while maintaining friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment. Supporting the Home Manager, you will prioritise accuracy and customer care for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a front-of-house/admin setting.
• Strong administration and reception skills with customer focus.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort visitors, conduct viewings and handle enquiries.
• Manage front-of-house administration and general office duties.
• Oversee financial management tasks and recruitment admin.
• Maintain admissions and occupancy records and liaise with Colten departments.
• Support the Home Manager with a range of administrative tasks.
