Job summary

Colten Care seeks a Senior Administrator based at Brook View, West Moors, Dorset. You will lead the administration team and oversee the care home’s admin function, delivering friendly, professional and timely service to residents and visitors.

Main duties include greeting and escorting visitors, conducting viewings, handling telephone and email enquiries, and managing financial tasks, recruitment admin, and occupancy records.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Experience in administration or reception.
• Excellent customer service.
• Good literacy and numeracy; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage the administration team and oversee the admin function of the care home.
• Greet and escort visitors, conduct viewings and handle telephone/email enquiries.
• Carry out financial management tasks and basic recruitment administration.
• Maintain contact with other Colten Care departments and manage occupancy records.
• Provide support to the Home Manager with administrative tasks.
