Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant for Canford Chase in Poole, Dorset. You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering daily care and companionship to residents.

From £13.09 to £15.41 per hour, with an excellent rate of pay, free meals, and genuine opportunities for progression through our Learning and Development team. Training starts from day one and weekends/nights receive enhancements.

Qualifications

• Compassion is essential and you are willing to be hands-on with residents.
• You are organised, hardworking, resilient and observant with attention to detail.
• No prior care experience required; comprehensive induction and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living needs under the Nursing team guidance.
• Provide companionship and help maintain residents' wellbeing.
• Participate in learning and development to progress to senior roles.
