A leading materials company is looking for an EHS Lead based in Rugby, responsible for maintaining EHS standards and driving initiatives at multiple sites. The role involves conducting training, risk assessments, and inspections while promoting a safety-focused culture. Qualified candidates will have a NEBOSH qualification and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting. This position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.
EHS Lead - Rugby (with support for Stourport)
This role's about making sure our sites in Rugby and Stourport don't just meet EHS standards, they set them. You'll be the go‑to person for all things Environment, Health and Safety, working closely with the EHS Manager to keep operations safe, compliant, and sustainable.
We're looking for someone who's not afraid to get stuck in, ask the awkward questions, and help teams do things better, not just tick boxes.
You’ll be based in Rugby, with regular involvement in Stourport. It's a hands‑on role where you'll lead EHS initiatives, run training, carry out inspections, and help teams stay on the right side of regulations. You'll also be the friendly face of safety, someone people trust to help, not hinder.
