The Aspire Federation is seeking a qualified leader to manage Oakfield High School & College’s statutory duties relating to Education Health Care Plans. You will ensure compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and related regulations, and lead EHC Plan reviews to secure appropriate provision.

The role requires a Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in SEN). The post is based at Oakfield High School, Hindley, with safeguarding checks and potential cross-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEN setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review process of EHC Plans and ensure provision is delivered.Address issues and represent school in disagreement resolution or mediation.
• Support change of placement for pupils changing schools.
