Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEND across education, health and social care.
• Familiarity with Children and Families Act 2014, SEND Regulations 2015 and SEND Code of Practice 2014.
• Ability to work with families and multi-agency professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a defined caseload of EHC assessments for 0–25 year olds.
• Draft final EHCPs and coordinate annual reviews.
• Ensure assessments and provisions meet statutory requirements and are outcome focused.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, health, and social care to meet needs.
