Job summary

The School Liverpool is seeking a reliable IT Technician to join its support team on a full-time basis, with an ASAP start. The successful candidate will deliver day-to-day technical support to staff and students, resolving hardware and software issues and assisting with IT equipment installation and maintenance.

You will work closely with staff and students to keep networks, systems and classroom tech running smoothly, contributing to a positive teaching and learning environment.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support or technician experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of hardware, software and networks
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in an education setting would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and students
