Zusammenfassung

Jago Consultants is recruiting an IT Support Technician in the Lancing area to handle 1st line support across desktop and servers, primarily in education. You will work from the main office offering telephone, email and face-to-face helpdesk support, building relationships with schools and clients.

You must have hands-on experience with Windows Server OS, DHCP/DNS, AD/Group Policy and practical troubleshooting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Microsoft Server OS and Desktop Networking.
• Knowledge of DHCP and DNS configuration.
• Experience with Group Policy administration.
• Active Directory diagnostics and Windows troubleshooting; knowledge of Apple/Android devices.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1st line IT support for desktop and server issues.
• Offer helpdesk support via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and clients.
• Collaborate with other IT Technicians as part of a team.
• Be prepared to discuss knowledge areas at interview.
