Job summary

Jago Consultants in Surrey is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their friendly team as a 1st line support specialist. You will handle phone and email queries, log incidents, provide remote assistance, and occasionally visit client sites. Training provided with potential progression to 2nd line roles.

A full UK driving license is required; office-based with some home-working after training. Key focus areas include Microsoft 365, Windows Server and client OS, networking and basic security.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT Support experience.
• UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and log client IT queries via telephone and email remotely.
• Update clients on progress when first-contact resolution isn't possible.
• Assist with client projects such as data and email migration.
• Resolve software issues on desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Mac OS.
• Travel to client sites as required.
