Qualifications

• Ideally, a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar IT Support role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016.
• Office365 would be an advantage.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
• Good communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to diagnose faults and find solutions.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Able to follow agreed procedures and documentation.
• A base understanding of networking protocols and devices.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via telephone, email and remote support tools.
• Be hands-on with server and desktop products as part of desktop support.
• Assist with networking components such as routers and other devices.
• Provide remote assistance and troubleshoot issues for clients.
• Participate in training and development within the IT team.
