You will work directly with a cohort of young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), or at risk of becoming NEET, helping them to overcome barriers and realise their potential.

A key part of the role will be supporting and shaping Islington's new Care Leaver Youth Trailblazers Programme, a creative and ambitious initiative designed to improve outcomes for care leavers through tailored pathways, work experience, and employer engagement.
