You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow the centre through new member acquisition while delivering an exceptional service for families.

With a track record of promoting Centre Managers from Supervisor roles, this position offers a clear path in educational leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a centre or supervisory team in an education setting.
• Proven ability to drive member acquisition and service quality.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations to ensure smooth running.
• Lead, coach and develop Tutor teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Drive membership growth through community engagement and events.
• Manage safeguarding and create a safe, welcoming environment for families.
