Job summary

Explore Learning in Manchester is seeking an inspiring and proactive Centre Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors, grow membership, and deliver outstanding service for families.

You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence, coach your Tutor team, drive progress with families, and champion safeguarding to ensure every child’s safety and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a centre or team in an education setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage operations and drive membership growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and events.
• Lead Tutor team and coach for outstanding learning experiences.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly.
• Champion safeguarding and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children.
• Deliver excellent family experiences from enquiry to ongoing progress.
