Job summary

Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. Working with the Centre Manager, you will lead a Tutor team to drive member growth, deliver exceptional service to families, and ensure high-quality learning experiences.

You will balance educational leadership with operational excellence, mentor tutors, and safeguard every child in your care, while engaging with the local community to promote the centre.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and events.
• Maximise profitability through debt and revenue management and optimise staff efficiency.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations to keep the centre running smoothly.
• Lead, coach and develop Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
• Champion safeguarding by prioritising child safety and wellbeing.
• Balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence.
• Host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience.
