Job summary

Explore Learning Southend is seeking an inspiring, proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You will work with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors, grow your centre through new member acquisition and deliver an exceptional service for families.

You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence, role-modeling tutoring, coaching your team, and promoting safeguarding in daily activities.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a busy centre.

Responsibilities

• Drive centre membership growth through local engagement and partnerships.
• Maximise profitability by managing debt and revenue and improving staff efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional family and member experiences from enquiry to progression.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient centre running.
• Lead, coach and develop Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
• Champion safeguarding and the welfare of every child in your care.
