Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in Birmingham. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow the centre through new member acquisition while delivering exceptional service for families.

You’ll balance educational leadership with operational excellence, role-model tutoring, and coach your team to help children achieve real progress in maths and English.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and delivering strong centre performance.
• Ability to coach tutors and develop staff to improve learning outcomes.
• Strong communication with families, sponsors and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centre day-to-day operations alongside the Centre Manager.
• Grow centre membership through community engagement and partnerships.
• Maximise profitability through revenue management and staff efficiency.
