Explore Learning Ltd is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in Colchester. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to grow membership and deliver exceptional service to families.

You’ll lead a Tutor team, drive centre performance, and champion safeguarding while ensuring high-quality learning experiences for every child.

Qualifications

• Passion for education and working with children.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to achieve centre goals.
• Clear, confident communication with families and staff.
• Strong organisational skills to juggle priorities in a busy centre.
• Willingness to develop and receive feedback for personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, partnerships and events.
• Maximise profitability via debt and revenue management and staff efficiency.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth centre running.
• Lead, coach and develop Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning.
• Champion safeguarding and wellbeing of every child in your care.
• Role model tutoring and coach the team to help members progress in maths and English.
• Monitor member progress and have meaningful conversations with families.
