Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring Supervisory leader to support a thriving education centre and work with the Centre Manager to drive growth, services and outcomes for families. You will mentor Tutors, manage day-to-day operations and help grow membership while maintaining exceptional learning experiences.

Based in the UK, starting salary is £27,000 per year with potential uplift for centres in London.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, partnerships and events.
• Maximise profitability via debt and revenue management and staff efficiency.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from inquiry to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the centre.
• Lead, coach and develop Tutor team delivering outstanding learning experiences.
• Safeguard safeguarding by prioritising child safety and wellbeing.
