Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in the East Midlands. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors, grow the centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families.

You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence, coaching your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members while championing
