Explore Learning Ltd. is seeking an inspiring and proactive Supervisor to help run a thriving education centre in Birmingham, working closely with the Centre Manager to lead a Tutor team and grow the centre through new member acquisition and outstanding service for families.

You'll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence, role-model tutoring, coach your team, and champion safeguarding while driving progress in maths and English for children.

Responsibilities

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
• Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimizing staff efficiency
• Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
• Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
• Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care
• Role modelling excellent tutoring and coaching your team to help members progress in maths and English
• Monitoring and celebrating member progress, with conversations with families about achievements and next steps
• Building the centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation
• Hosting trial sessions, managing enquiries and new member experiences to ensure families feel welcome and supported
