Explore Learning Ltd in Manchester is seeking an inspiring and proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition while delivering an exceptional service for families.

You’ll role model excellent tutoring, coach your team, and deliver outstanding learning experiences for children, balancing operations with safeguarding and centre performance

• Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
