Explore Learning is seeking an inspiring and proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in the East Midlands, working with the Centre Manager to lead a Tutor team and grow the centre.

You will balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence, coaching staff, driving member growth, and delivering outstanding learning experiences for families. Starting salary £27,000 p.a., with London weightings considered for centres in London.

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events.
• Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency.
• Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress.
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members.
• Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care.
