Explore Learning in Birmingham is seeking a confident, people-first leader to run one of our education centres. You’ll own centre performance, drive membership growth, manage a team of tutors, and ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance.

You’ll balance educational leadership with operational excellence, role-model tutoring, coach your team, and build a strong, high-performing culture with families at the heart of progress.

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to drive performance using KPI data and financial metrics.
• Commitment to safeguarding and safeguarding training.
• Excellent communication with families, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Use KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results.
• Own centre profitability including revenue management and growth of membership.
• Lead, coach, and develop a supervisor and team of tutors.
• Create a positive, high-performance team culture with engagement and accountability.
• Safeguard every child and ensure Ofsted and company compliance.
• Drive membership growth through community engagement and marketing events.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations to run the centre smoothly.
