Job summary

Explore Learning in Chelmsford seeks a proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You will work with the Centre Manager to grow the centre through new member acquisition and by delivering exceptional service to families.

You will lead, coach and develop the Tutor team, oversee operations, and champion safeguarding to ensure every child’s safety and progress. This role offers growth into educational leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational leadership and managing a centre.
• Passionate about education and child development.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, partnerships, and events.
• Maximise profitability via debt and revenue management and staff efficiency.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Handle day-to-day operations to ensure smooth centre running.
• Lead, coach and develop Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning.
• Champion safeguarding and child wellbeing.
