Explore Learning Ltd in High Wycombe is seeking an inspiring, proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow the centre through new member acquisition while delivering exceptional service for families.

• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events.
• Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency.
• Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress.
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members.
• Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care.
