Job summary

Explore Learning Ltd is seeking an inspiring, proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre in Sale, UK. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead Tutors, grow membership and deliver exceptional service for families.

You’ll balance educational leadership with operational excellence, role model tutoring, coach your team and drive progress in maths and English while creating a welcoming learning environment.

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships and events.
• Maximise profitability through debt and revenue management and staff efficiency.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations to keep the centre running smoothly.
• Lead, coach and develop the Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members.
• Champion safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care.
