Your new team

This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.

Your unique contribution
Event & Operations Management
  • Lead and deliver exceptional brand experiences at the Beefeater Education Center, from immersive brand storytelling and tastings for key stakeholders to comprehensive educational sessions and internal events. Oversee the full lifecycle of experiences—from planning and coordination to execution—ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s history, personality, and premium standards.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Education Center operations, including logistics, accommodations, equipment setup, and contingency planning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards for all visits, events, and advocacy venues.
Budget & Resource Planning
  • Plan and manage budgets for local events and educational sessions, aligning with stakeholders and ensuring cost efficiency.
Content & Brand Experience
  • Oversee production of video and image content, guest management assets, and development of cohesive informational packages that support advocacy objectives.
Advocacy & Engagement & Traffic
  • Drive internal advocacy and engagement of the Beefeater Education Center, actively promoting its use across internal teams and partner networks.
Collaboration & Partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and the on‑site production team to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of experiences.
  • Work closely with the Global Brand Ambassador and wider Beefeater brand team to guarantee consistent messaging and flawless execution of all initiatives.
Who you’ll be working with

You’ll work with a range of stakeholders including the Architecture & Activations Team, Comms team, Production team, market companies, key customers and external partners.

Your blend of talent

  • Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end event operations, including logistics, accommodations, equipment setup, and time management. Skilled in multitasking and delivering seamless execution of internal sessions and select high‑profile events.
  • Strong capability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Expertise in partner management and driving internal engagement through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget planning, tracking, and aligning financial resources with event objectives. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to confidently host key stakeholders at the Brand Home, delivering immersive experiences that showcase the brand’s history, production process, and personality. Skilled in guiding tastings and engaging audiences through compelling storytelling that reinforces brand values and identity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards, ensuring all venues and production facilities adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Ability to oversee video and image content creation, manage guest experiences, and collaborate closely with brand ambassadors to deliver aligned and impactful brand messaging.
