Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts who are proud of their impactful work. The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician supports the NOC engineering team by ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

What you’ll do:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
• Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
• Action Service Requests.
• Assign tickets to support teams, field engineers, and service providers.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management, including liaising with providers and regional teams.
• Communicate with customers about network incidents.
• Coordinate with utility companies regarding power-related network issues.

Who you are:

Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of seniority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
