Position Title: Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator

Location: Bridgend - Office

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day logistics operations of a global Sports business, with a strong focus on shipments to e-commerce platforms and cross-border exports primarily for Amazon fulfilment. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • hands-on logistics experience
  • excellent organisational skills
  • strong understanding of export regulations
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and arrange shipments to major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon FBA, Bol, Takealot, Allegro, Decathlon, and others.
  • Coordinate and execute cross-border shipments to UK, Europe, Japan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and export regulations.
  • Maintain accurate shipment documentation, invoices, and records.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels, packaging materials, and supplies to support continuous operations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on logistics and shipment status to management.
  • Assist in resolving logistics-related issues or delays.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong inventory management and logistics systems experience.
  • Experience preparing and managing shipments for Amazon FBA and/or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and export documentation.
  • Hands-on coordination with freight forwarders, couriers, and suppliers.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to handle cross-border operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
