Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group, seeks an Ecommerce Manager for Myprotein in the UK market. You will own the UK ecommerce trading strategy, optimise website performance, and drive revenue across nutrition, supplements and activewear.

You'll collaborate with marketing, CRM and product teams to deliver localised content, campaigns and promotions, with a strong focus on conversion, A/B testing, and customer retention.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in ecommerce, digital trading or online retail.
• Experience trading across UK markets and regional campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, A/B testing and CRO.
• Experience with Shopify or Magento platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day UK ecommerce trading performance and revenue targets.
• Develop trading plans, promos and product launches across categories.
• Optimise customer journey and conversion on mobile and desktop.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, creative and operations to align campaigns.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable growth recommendations.
